To sign or cancel a Power of Attorney, the applicant should send all the required documents  to consulateuk@lebanon-embassy.org in order to schedule an appointment and then the applicant should attend the Embassy.

General Requirements:

  • Completed application form: The relevant application form must be completed and signed. (Lebanese, Palestinian, Other Nationalities) 

  • Principal's identification:

    • For Lebanese: A valid ID card, a recent Individual Extract of Civil Status, or a valid Lebanese passport.

    • For non-Lebanese: Valid Passport. ID cards will not be accepted.

    • The original ID /Passport must be presented at the Embassy.

  • Agent's identification: A copy of the agent's ID card or passport.

  • Applicants aged 75 or above must provide a medical certificate stating that they are of sound mind and mentally fit.

    For selling Inherited assets: provide taxes payment receipt for the property issued by the ministry of Finance.
